Pinehurst-on-the-Bay developed in 1922
In 1922 the waterfront community of Pinehurst-on-the-Bay was developed by Stewart and Ernest Robinson as a summer resort location. With a community beach and sliding board, bathing facilities, picnic tables, baseball diamonds and tennis courts this early community included successful doctors and businessmen from the neighboring Baltimore County area.
